Tash Beimers
M.ECE. BECS. Cert IV TA.
Consultant,
Tash is an early childhood teacher and leader with over 20 years of experience working in kindergartens, schools, and across the broader early years sector. Over the years, she has discovered that what truly lights her up is mentoring and coaching—walking alongside educators and teachers as they grow in confidence, navigate challenges, and find joy in their work.

Tash's approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in real-world experience. Whether it's unpacking complex pedagogy and documentation or supporting change in a service, Tash aims to create a safe, empowering space for professional growth. She has a particular love for nature pedagogy and has helped many educators bring bush kinder and outdoor learning to life with meaningful experiences that foster curiosity.

If you’re looking for a coach or mentor who listens deeply, challenges gently, and believes wholeheartedly in the power of early childhood education, you’ve found one. Tash would be honoured to support you on your journey.

About Tash
Tash lives in beautiful West Gippsland in regional Victoria with her family, where they run a small farm surrounded by bushland and open skies. Life for Tash is grounded, real, and wonderfully connected to nature—caring for cows, sheep, and chickens, and growing their own food. These daily rhythms keep Tash closely connected to the land and deeply aware of the lesson’s nature offers. These lessons continue to shape her practice and philosophy in early childhood education.
