Australia’s early childhood workforce is at a crossroads. The crisis we face is real! Educators are stretched, children’s rights and agency risk being overlooked, and systems often fall short of supporting sustainable practice.
But this moment is also an opportunity: together, we can reimagine what’s possible.
This conference is a call to action for leaders, managers, teachers, and educators who are ready to co-create bold solutions that empower the workforce, uphold children’s flourishing, and design systems that endure. It is a space for dialogue, exchange, and innovative ideas that will transform early childhood education in Australia.
