WORKSHOP DAYS
Join us over the course of 12 months for an engaging journey designed for leaders eager to enhance their leadership and associated practical skills. You will participate in four interactive workshop days that include learning and brainstorming innovative strategies to create a positive impact in your local communities. Plus, celebrate your accomplishments at a special fifth event, showcasing the transformative effects of your action research in supporting educators, families, and children. Embrace this opportunity to lead and inspire!
COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
During the Dynamic Leaders program, you will be placed in local Communities of Practice where you can share your leadership strategies and collaborate on action-research projects. Each community will benefit from the guidance of an expert mentor, tailored to support your research design. Our goal is to help you establish enduring networks that create a generational impact, leading to improved outcomes for children and families.

CoP meetings with your allocated mentor will be onsite monthly where we come to you.
WEBINARS
Participants in our program will have exclusive access to live and recorded webinars. These sessions will not only feature our expert facilitators and mentors but also include insights from prominent leaders in the field.
