COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
Over the 12-month program, graduates will have the opportunity to engage in Communities of Practice (CoPs), where they can freely share their ideas and progress in their inquiry journey. These communities will foster conversations about specific challenges faced in the field and explore effective solutions. Our expert mentors will be on hand to guide and empower graduates, helping them build lasting networks that extend beyond the program.

CoP meetings with your mentor are onsite monthly where we come to you!

INDIVIDUAL MENTORING
Graduates will be paired with a dedicated mentor who is VIT registered and certified through the Effective Mentoring Program. This personalised mentoring experience will encompass practice observations, reflective discussions, goal setting, and strategies for engaging with their inquiry process. Our mentors adopt a servant leadership approach, prioritising the well-being of graduates and fostering strong relationships to support their successful journey towards proficiency.
